24 to 48 hours before: the deposit (down payment) is lost.
12 to 24 hours before: the deposit is lost, plus 50% of the arrival balance.
Under 12 hours, a no-show, or arriving late and missing boarding: the deposit is lost, plus the full remaining balance is due.

Safety, Age & Requirements

No licence needed. You get a full safety briefing and an escort motorboat stays with the group the whole time.
