Gran Canaria Private Boat Hire Information

1. Remember Your Ticket: Please have your Club Canary ticket ready on your phone or printed out.
2. Bring Some Money: Ensure you have cash or a credit card with you to make the final payment before the trip begins.
3. Pack Essentials: Don’t forget to bring your swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen.
4. Crew Languages: The crew on this boat can communicate in several languages to assist you better.
5. Group Size: This private trip can accommodate up to 6 people max. For groups of 5 or 6 people, there is an additional €30 cost payable on arrival to cover extra food and beverages.
6. Relaxation Areas: The yacht has designated areas for sunbathing and sitting in the shade.
7. Accessibility: Unfortunately, this yacht is not wheelchair accessible.
8. Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the yacht.

For Those Not Using The Pickup Service:

• Meeting Point: Please meet us at Puerto Deportivo, 35106 Pasito Blanco, Las Palmas. Be there at least 15 minutes before departure time.
• Location: You can find the departure location on Google Maps.
• Drop-Off Service Note: If you are getting to the departure point on your own but would like to use the drop-off service afterward, please indicate this in the order note.

Private Boat Trip in Gran Canaria Policy

• This experience is dependent on favorable weather conditions. If the trip must be canceled due to hazardous weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
• Cancellations or rescheduling are accepted without penalty up to 6 days in advance. Please submit your requests to office@clubcanary.com.
• If you wish to end the trip early or if you fall ill, refunds will not be provided.
• Seeing Marine Life: While it’s possible to encounter marine life, it’s not the main goal of the trip, and interactions are not guaranteed. If we do encounter them, we will maintain a respectful distance to avoid causing any distress.

Cancellation Policies:

1. Cancel 4-6 days prior: Receive 40% of the deposit back.
2. Cancel 2-4 days prior: Lose the entire deposit.
3. Cancel less than 48 hours prior: Incurs a fine above your paid deposit of 50€ per hour, as the deposit does not cover the damages.
4. No shows or cancellations less than 6 hours prior: Incur a fine of 75€ per hour above your deposit to cover preparation costs for crew, food, and drinks.

• Late Cancellation Fines: Please understand, late cancellations and no-shows result in significant losses and inconveniences as the crew is already on location, and food and drinks are already prepared.
