• Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the yacht.

• Additional Services: If you drive to the departure point and desire a drop-off service afterward, please indicate this in the order note.

Private Sunset Boat Trip Gran Canaria – Booking Policies

1. Weather Conditions: This sunset cruise is dependent on good weather. If we must cancel due to adverse conditions, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
2. Free Cancellation: Cancel or reschedule your trip without any fees up to 4 days in advance by contacting us at office@clubcanary.com.
3. Deposit Forfeiture: Cancellations made between 4 days and 24 hours before the cruise start time will result in a 175€ fee, as this covers partial preparation costs that the deposit does not fully offset.
4. Last Minute Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the cruise or do not show up, a 300€ penalty applies due to the significant impact on our scheduling and lost potential bookings.
5. No Refunds for Early Termination: Should you need to end the trip early or if illness prevents your attendance, please note that refunds cannot be issued.
6. Special Requests: For bespoke dining options or extended hire, please get in touch in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
7. Policy Acknowledgment: By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined here. While we require only a deposit to secure your booking, late cancellations and no-shows have a tangible impact on our business.

While a deposit secures your reservation, it is non-refundable in cases of late cancellation or no-show, due to incurred preparation costs and lost booking opportunities.
