Weather
- The cruise depends on good weather. If we have to cancel for safety, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
Free Cancellation
- Cancel or reschedule with no fee up to 4 days before, by contacting us at office@clubcanary.com.
Late Cancellation
- Between 4 days and 24 hours before: a 175€ fee applies, as this covers part of the preparation the deposit does not fully cover.
- Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: a 300€ fee applies, due to the lost booking and scheduling.
Early End Or Illness
- If you need to end the trip early, or illness prevents you attending, refunds cannot be given.

- For special menus, a BBQ, decorations or extended hire, please contact us in advance so we can arrange it.
Deposit
- A deposit secures your booking. It is non-refundable for late cancellations and no-shows, due to the preparation costs and lost booking.
