- Crew Language: Our boat crew is multilingual, ensuring that we can assist you no matter what language you speak.

Keeper Uno Morro Jable Gran Canaria: Cancellation Policy
- Weather Policy: The excursion depends on good weather conditions. If the weather turns poor, we’ll propose an alternative date or provide a complete refund. The captain and crew have the final say on whether the trip proceeds, not the passengers.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling: You can cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 7 days before the trip by contacting office@clubcanary.com.
- Cancellation Fee for Late Notice or No Show: If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled departure, a fee of 25€ per person will be charged to cover losses, which the deposit will not cover.
- Complaints Procedure: Should you have any complaints or wish to request a refund, please address these with the captain on the trip day. Club Canary cannot process refunds without the boat owner’s approval, as we are not on-site during the trip.
