Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 4 days before departure.
- If you cancel between 48 to 12 hours before the trip, a fee of 30€ per booked hour applies.
- If you cancel less than 12 hours before departure or do not show up, the fee is 75€ per booked hour.
- No refund is given for late cancellations, no-shows, or guests who leave the trip early.
Responsibility & Conduct
- Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas onboard.
- Guests must follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times.
- If there is an issue during the trip, please speak to the captain immediately so it can be solved on the spot.
- Refunds (if any) are always at the captain’s discretion, depending on the situation.
