• Payment Methods: We take cash and credit card. Pay before the tour starts.
• Preparation Tips: Don’t forget to bring your swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen to fully enjoy your boat trip.

• Capacity: The boat is made for groups, fitting up to 15 people for a private trip. If you have a bigger group, we can host up to 46 guests, but let us know ahead of time if you’re bringing more than 15.
• Onboard Comfort: The boat has spots for sunbathing and shaded seats if you want to stay out of the sun.
• Smoking Guidelines: To ensure everyone’s comfort, please only smoke in the designated areas.

Catamaran Trip Lanzarote Policy

1. Weather Dependency: This experience relies on good weather. If we have to cancel because of bad conditions, we’ll give you another date or a full refund. Remember, only the boat’s captain or crew can decide this, not the customer.
2. Early Termination:No Refunds for Early Departure: If you decide to end the trip early or get sick, there won’t be any refunds.
3. Special Requests:For longer rental periods or specific dining requests, contact us directly.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• 6 days or more before the trip: Cancel or Reschedule for Free. Send your request to office@clubcanary.com.
• Between 6 days and 96 hours: 40% of your deposit will be refunded.
• Between 96 and 48 hours: No refunds available.
• Less than 48 hours: Besides losing your deposit, there will be a 100€ fine for each booked hour.
• Less than 7 hours or No Shows: You will face a 150€ fine for each reserved hour.
