- Weather Dependency: This experience relies on good weather. If we have to cancel because of bad conditions, we’ll give you another date or a full refund. Remember, only the boat’s captain or crew can decide this, not the customer.
- Early Termination:No Refunds for Early Departure: If you decide to end the trip early or get sick, there won’t be any refunds.
- Special Requests:For longer rental periods or specific dining requests, contact us directly.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- 6 days or more before the trip: Cancel or Reschedule for Free. Send your request to office@clubcanary.com.
- Between 6 days and 96 hours: 40% of your deposit will be refunded.
- Between 96 and 48 hours: No refunds available.
- Less than 48 hours: Besides losing your deposit, there will be a 100€ fine for each booked hour.
- Less than 7 hours or No Shows: You will face a 150€ fine for each reserved hour.
