Deposit
This is the amount you pay to reserve your private Lanzarote boat party date. The deposit, in this case, is a portion of the total amount to be paid and therefore will not be returned after the activity.
Arrival
The remaining amount to be paid is noted as Arrival. You will pay this on the day of your booked experience upon check-in at the boat in Puerto Calero. This can be done in cash or via card unless your ticket states otherwise.
Your paid down payment, and the amount to be paid on arriving, will be listed on your E-ticket that you will receive after you place your order.

Lanzarote Boat Party Information
- Ticket Reminder: Please ensure you have your Club Canary ticket with you, either digitally on your phone or a printed copy.
- Payment Methods: We accept both cash and credit card. Payment is processed before the tour begins.
- Preparation Tips: Remember to pack your swimming attire, a towel, and protective sunscreen to make the most of your boat experience.
- Our Crew: Benefit from our multilingual crew, always available to enhance your experience.
- Capacity: The boat is designed to comfortably accommodate groups, allowing up to 15 participants for a private trip. For larger gatherings, the boat can take up to a maximum of 46 guests. If planning for more than 15, please inform us in advance.
- Onboard Comfort: The boat is equipped with areas perfect for sunbathing as well as shaded seating zones for those looking to relax away from the sun.
- Smoking Guidelines: For the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask you to smoke only in designated areas.
For Self-Arrivals:
- Meeting Point: C. Pantalanes, 35570 Puerto Calero, Las Palmas.
- Punctuality: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a smooth boarding process.
- Directions: To make your journey easier, you can locate our departure point on Google Maps.
Party Boat Lanzarote Policy
- Weather Dependency: The success of this experience is dependent on favorable weather. If we must cancel due to unsuitable conditions, we’ll offer an alternative date or a complete refund. Please note: Only the boat’s captain or crew has the authority to make this decision, not the client.
- Early Termination: If the trip ends prematurely due to your choice or illness, there won’t be any refunds.
- Special Requests: For prolonged rental durations or unique dining needs, please reach out to us directly.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- 6 days or more before the trip: Free cancellation or rescheduling. Send your request to office@clubcanary.com.
- Between 6 days and 96 hours: 40% of your deposit will be refunded.
- Between 96 and 48 hours: No refunds available.
- Less than 48 hours: In addition to forfeiting your deposit, a fine of 100€ per reserved hour will apply.
- Less than 7 hours or No Shows: A fine of 150€ per booked hour will be imposed.
