the amount may initially appear as “pending” on your bank account.
This means the payment has been authorised but not yet captured.
In the case of a declined booking, the money is never taken from your account.

whose behaviour is disruptive, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe.
In such cases, refunds may be denied according to the specific activity terms.
