Everything you need to know before your private day on the Boatdil. It sails the south coast of Fuerteventura from the Gran Tarajal marina.
The Day Trip: About 5 hours. Summer (June to September) runs around 10:30 to 15:30. Winter (October to May) runs around 11:00 to 16:00. Days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
The Sunset Trip: Usually on Thursdays, with the time set by the sunset. For groups of 25 or more we can often run it on other days. Ask us for the timing and price for your date.
Meeting Point: Board at the Gran Tarajal marina, or use the free hotel pick-up.
Free Pick-Up Areas: North, Corralejo and Caleta de Fuste. Centre, Las Playitas. South, Jandía, Esquinzo, Costa Calma, La Pared and Tarajalejo. Your exact time is confirmed after booking. Staying elsewhere? Just ask.
Group Size: The price covers up to 60 guests. There is room for more on request, up to around 70.
On Board: Two decks, sun loungers, a lounge with a bar, a toilet and shaded seating.
What To Bring: Swimwear, a towel, sunscreen and a camera. We provide the rest.

Policy
Thank you for booking your private day on the Boatdil with Club Canary. Because this is a fully private boat, the crew holds the whole day just for your group. Once we hold that date, nobody else can book it. That is why the terms get stricter closer to the date. Please have a read before you book.
Price And Payment
The price is for the whole boat. To reserve your date you pay a deposit, and the balance is paid before the trip, by bank transfer or to our staff. We will send you the exact details after booking.
Cancellation And Rescheduling
30 or more days before: free cancellation, full refund.
14 to 30 days before: you lose your deposit.
7 to 14 days before: deposit lost, plus 50% of the balance.
Less than 7 days before, or a no-show: full amount due.
Why The Strict Terms
A private booking blocks the whole boat and crew for your group. A late cancellation means a lost day. Booking early and telling us of any change as soon as possible keeps it fair for everyone.
Weather And Sea Conditions
Trips depend on the weather, and the captain makes the final call for safety. If we cancel for weather, you can reschedule or get a full refund.

Want the whole boat for your group? The Boatdil is a premium 18-metre catamaran based at the Gran Tarajal marina. It is wide, stable and built for a relaxed day with a bigger group. Stop 1, Pick-Up Or Boarding
Free hotel pick-up across the island, or board at the Gran Tarajal marina. A warm welcome, then you set off.
Stop 2, North Coast And Lighthouse
Sail north past Las Playitas, the famous Entallada lighthouse and Jacomar. Lovely panoramic views.
Stop 3, Quiet Southern Bays
Then south along the calm bays of Giniginámar, Tarajalejo and La Lajita. The peaceful side of the island.
Stop 4, Cala Del Caracol
Anchor in this hidden, crystal-clear bay. Swim, snorkel, kayak or paddle board, then food and drinks.
Stop 5, Sail Back With Music
Cruise back to the marina with good music playing. A relaxed end to a full day at sea.

The lower deck is a cosy lounge. Think high-backed sofa seating, soft cushions, poufs and warm lighting. There are side bars for the food, and a relaxed gin and tonic bar for after your swim. It has a calm, feel-good atmosphere that suits any group.
Food, Drinks And A Swim Stop
At Cala del Caracol the boat anchors in clear, calm water. Swim, snorkel, kayak or try paddle boarding. Food is served on board, Canarian dishes or fusion food, with drinks to go with it. It is the easy, relaxed heart of the day.
🚢 On A Cruise With A Big Group?
Cruise ships dock in Puerto del Rosario, and there is not a huge amount to do right in the port town. So here is a fun idea. If you are travelling with a big group and want one stop to be a relaxed day on the water, this is it. Think a low-key boat party, classier and calmer than the big ship, just your group, the sun deck, music, a swim and a drink.
Take a taxi down the coast to Gran Tarajal, enjoy the boat, then head back. The shorter sunset trip can be a great fit for a cruise evening too.
Good to know: the day trip is about 5 hours, so it suits longer port stops best. Please check your ship's departure time and allow time for the taxi each way. Message us and we will help you plan it.
The Sunset Option
Prefer the evening? There is also a sunset trip. You sail to a turquoise cove for a relaxed swim, snorkel, canapés and tapas, with music and drinks. Just before dusk the boat heads to the bay to watch the sunset and toast with a glass of champagne. For bigger groups you can add a DJ, a saxophonist or a live singer. Ask us for sunset days, timing and pricing for your date.
