Overview
Deposit
This is the amount you pay to reserve your buggy tour date. The deposit, in this case, is a portion of the total amount to be paid and therefore will not be returned after the activity.
Arrival
The remaining amount to be paid is noted as Arrival. You will pay this on the day of your buggy experience upon check-in. This can be done in cash or via card unless your ticket states otherwise.
Your paid down payment, and the amount to be paid on arriving, will be listed on your E-ticket that you will receive after you place your order.

Buggy Lanzarote
- Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
- Bring your driver’s license.
- A maximum of 2 persons can ride on a buggy.
- Make sure you carry some cash and a credit card with you, as the quad biking requires final payment before it begins.
- From 7 years of age and older, you may ride as a passenger on the buggy.
- A maximum of 6 buggies are available.
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that may get dirty (no flip-flops).
- Not recommended during pregnancy.
- The buggies are insured, and you don’t need to pay any security deposit.

- Anyone with a valid car license may drive a buggy in Lanzarote.
- Buggy tours require good weather. If it’s cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Customers who arrive drunk or behave very badly, are turned away and do not receive a refund.
- You may cancel or reschedule the trip for free up to 24 hours in advance. Send us your request by email: office@clubcanary.com.
- If you do not cancel in time or are not in time on the day of the tour, there will be no refund.
