Information About the Tenerife Motorcycle Adventure

1. Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket ready – either on your phone or a printed copy.
2. Bring along your driver’s license. AM (from 16 years old) or B driving licences are valid.
3. Our group size remains exclusive with a maximum of 4 motorcycles available.
4. Each motorcycle has a weight limit of 100 kg.
5. Dress in comfortable attire and footwear that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. It is compulsory to wear closed shoes.
6. Although our team captures memorable photos, they aren’t part of the package fee. +20€ extra per group.
7. Due to altitude changes during the Teide motorcycle tour, it’s advisable to pack an extra layer since temperatures can drop significantly in the mountains.
8. This motorcycle adventure is not suitable for pregnant women.
9. The pick up service is included in the Tenerife south tourist area. In case you are not staying in this area, the meeting point will be the car park of the X-Sur shopping centre.

Motorcycle Tenerife Excursion Policy

• Driving License: Only individuals with a valid car license AM o B  are permitted to drive a motorcycle in Tenerife.
• Weather Dependency: this motorbike excursion Tenerife relies on favorable weather conditions. If it needs to be canceled due to unsafe weather, participants can choose to reschedule for a different date or receive a full refund.
• Weight Limit: The weight limit for each motorcycle is strictly 100kg. If this becomes an issue on-site, arrangements can be made with the motorcycle company. In the worst-case scenario, one participant might have to join the guide in the jeep. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
• Conduct: Customers who exhibit inappropriate behavior will be denied participation and will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations or rescheduling: Customers must notify us at least 48 hours in advance by emailing office@clubcanary.com. If cancellation is not made within this time frame or if customers are late on the day of the tour, the refund will be forfeited.
• Comfort and Weather: Considerations regarding personal comfort, such as feeling the temperature is too warm or chilly, aren’t eligible for refunds if the mountain motorcycle Tenerife conditions are deemed safe by the operator. It’s advised that participants review the weather forecast and dress accordingly to ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Deposit and Payment Policy: Club Canary simplifies your booking process by requiring only a deposit, with the remainder settled upon arrival. However, it’s crucial to note that this deposit doesn’t serve as insurance for damages in case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Should you cancel between 12 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled trip, 30% of the payment due upon arrival still applies. For cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows, you’re liable for 60% of the arrival amount, as there’s insufficient time to find a replacement.
