- The balance is paid on the day, directly at the surf school before entering the water.
- The deposit is part of the total price and is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation & Changes
- Free cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours before, by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
- Under 48 hours before: the deposit is lost.
- Within 3 hours or a no-show: deposit lost plus 15€ per person.
- If you feel unwell or anxious or stop early, no refund is possible once the lesson has started.
Weather & Ocean Conditions
- Surf lessons depend on safe wave and weather conditions.
- If the ocean is unsafe for beginners, the lesson is rescheduled or fully refunded.
- Times shown are preferred times, and final times depend on swell, tides and season.
Participation
- You need basic swimming skills and a reasonable fitness level.
- Group lessons are for ages 13+, private lessons from age 8+.
- Each group lesson needs a minimum of 2 participants. If not reached, you can change the date or activity, or get a refund.
