Catamaran Abrazo Tenerife Information
- Tickets: Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket, available on your phone or printed out.
- Payment: Bring cash or a card, as the Abrazo boat tour requires final payment before it begins.
- Packing List: Don’t forget to pack swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen.
- Crew Languages: The multilingual crew of the Abrazo catamaran is ready to assist you.
- Capacity: A maximum of 11 guests can join this Abrazo Tenerife whale watching trip.
- Preparation: Eat beforehand and avoid alcohol to minimize seasickness. It’s advisable to take a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
- Onboard Amenities: Enjoy sunbathing spots and shaded seating areas on the boat.
- Age Policy: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Facilities: The boat includes a toilet and a changing room.
- Footwear: You will be asked to remove shoes; they will be stored until the boat’s return.
- Accessibility: Note that wheelchairs cannot be accommodated due to space constraints.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only at the back of the boat.
Abrazo Catamaran Meeting Place
- Location: Meet at Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón, Gate 6, located at the front-left back side of the harbor.
- Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.
- Guidance: A guide will meet you at the gate and escort you to the Catamaran Abrazo Tenerife.
- Parking: Spacious parking is available at Puerto Colón with an hourly rate of approximately 1.20€.
- Directions: Open the location on Google Maps to find the departure point and the office of Club Canary.
- Drop-Off Service: If using our drop-off service after your excursion, please indicate this in your order note.
Tenerife Abrazo Catamaran Policy
- Weather Conditions: This experience is dependent on good weather. If canceled due to hazardous weather conditions, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- Participant Minimum: The Abrazo boat trip requires at least 4 participants. If this minimum is not met and the trip is canceled, you will be offered a different date, another excursion, or a full refund.
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your trip without any charge up to 48 hours in advance. Please send your cancellation or rescheduling requests to office@clubcanary.com.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the trip or fail to arrive on time, there will be no refund. Additionally, canceling less than 4 hours before the trip, not showing up, or arriving late will result in not only the forfeiture of your deposit but also an additional 20€ fee per person to cover damages, as the deposit does not cover these costs.
- Seasickness Policy: No refunds will be issued if seasickness occurs and the captain needs to modify the itinerary.
- Feedback on Board: Should you have any complaints or issues during the tour, please address them directly with the Abrazo crew. The Club Canary team will not be present on the boat and cannot judge specific onboard situations.
