• Flights are arranged on request with flexible departure times
• Main departure base is in Adeje, Tenerife
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before departure

Transport & Direction:
Guests normally arrive at the heliport independently. Pick-up from hotels or other locations in Tenerife may be possible in special cases, but this must be arranged in advance and may involve extra costs.

Aircraft & Capacity:
Each helicopter accommodates 1 pilot and up to 4 passengers. For groups larger than four people, multiple flights can be scheduled seamlessly to complete the transfer.

Weight & Luggage (Very Important):
• The weight of each passenger is required before the flight.
• Luggage is included in the total weight and must be mentioned in advance.
• If the combined weight of passengers and luggage exceeds limits, the flight cannot operate or fewer passengers may be required.
• Accurate weight information is essential for safety and seating balance.

Comfort & Flight Experience:
The temperature inside the helicopter is similar to the outside temperature. If it feels cool on the ground, it may feel cooler in the air, so a light jacket is recommended. Flights are generally very stable, but guests who are sensitive to motion may consider taking a travel tablet beforehand.

Payment & Booking:
Private helicopter transfers are normally paid in full at the time of booking. If you are booking more than 2 months in advance, a down payment may be possible. In that case, the remaining balance must be paid at least 1 month before the flight. For advance bookings with a payment plan, please contact us first.

Invoice & Documentation:
Every booking includes an official invoice, suitable for personal use, business accounting, or company administration.
