Magic Deluxe Catamaran Fuerteventura Information
- Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
- Make sure you have some cash or a credit card with you, as the tour requires a final payment before it begins.
- Pack your swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.
- The crew of this boat speaks several languages.
- A maximum of about 12 participants can join the Magic Deluxe boat tour.
- Make sure you do not go on board with an empty stomach. Make sure you have not drunk any alcohol before boarding in order to minimise the chance of becoming seasick.
- It is advisable to take a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
- On the boat, there are sunbathing spots and sitting areas in the shade.
- Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- There is a toilet and a room to change your clothes.

- You should attend at least 15 minutes before departure time.
- The guide will pick you up in front of the gate, and then escort you to the boat.

Magic Deluxe Fuerteventura Catamaran: Cancellation Policy
- Weather Conditions: If the weather isn’t safe for sailing, the captain will make the final call. In case of cancellation, you can choose a new date or receive a full refund.
- Cutting the Trip Short: If you decide to end your trip early due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued.
- Onboard Support: Club Canary team members are not present on the boat, but the crew is available to help. Refunds are only approved with the captain’s permission.

- Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Individuals and Small Groups (1 to 4 people): Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 72 hours before departure.
- Larger Groups (5+ people): Please notify us at least 5 days in advance for changes or a full refund.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancelling 48 to 72 hours before departure: 40% of your deposit will be refunded.
- Cancelling 24 to 48 hours before: Deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancelling 3 to 23 hours before: Deposit is lost, plus a 45€ fee per person.
- Cancelling less than 3 hours before, arriving late, or not showing up: Deposit is lost and the full remaining balance must still be paid.
