Flying private is a moment, and filming each other with a phone is awkward. On request, a Club Canary content creator joins your flight: she shoots your photos and videos, on the tarmac, at the steps, in the cabin, on your phone or hers, and you have everything the same day. In return she records a short piece for Club Canary channels in which only she appears, talking about the experience. You are never in our content unless you ask to be. Complimentary when a seat is free on your aircraft.
Press On BoardJournalists regularly ask us to join a private flight to write about it. Only with your yes, never without. If you like the idea, we can arrange a writer or a podcast recording on board, and you become part of a story about flying private to the Canary Islands. If you prefer privacy, that is the default and we never ask twice.

Booking, Payment And Cancellation Policy
Your Request
- Choosing Reserve Now, Pay Later at checkout charges nothing. We answer every request personally, so please only send one if you mean to fly. Realistic budgets start around 10,000€ per flight.
- We reply personally, usually the same day, during our opening hours 08:00 to 22:00 Canary Islands time.
Deposit un maksājums
- Once a quote is accepted, the aircraft is secured with the deposit or payment named in your flight agreement. For most charters full payment is required to hold the aircraft.
- For bookings made months ahead, staged payments may be discussed case by case and mirror the operator's official terms.
- Quotes are all-inclusive of aviation taxes, landing fees and operational costs. The only possible extra at payment is a credit card fee. Bank transfer is preferred for large amounts.

Contracts And Cancellation
- Every booking is governed by the official contract of the selected aircraft operator, issued in English. Club Canary mirrors those terms exactly and does not add separate cancellation conditions.
- Cancellation timelines and penalties depend on the operator, aircraft category and positioning, and are stated in your agreement before you pay.
- If a flight is cancelled for weather, an airport emergency or an operational restriction, the operator's official policy applies.
Operations And Delays
- Departures can shift for air traffic control or weather. The longest delay we have handled so far was about 2 hours, with real-time updates to the guest.
- Passenger details must be accurate before the contract is issued. Pets must be declared before the aircraft is confirmed.
The Complimentary Transfer
- Applies to confirmed private jet bookings landing in or departing from Tenerife, subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation. One ride per flight leg booked through us, between the airport and one address on Tenerife. Waiting time and extra stops are not included.
- Vehicle type is a Mercedes V-Class or equivalent. Larger groups get an additional vehicle at our partner rate.

- Club Canary acts as aviation intermediary and booking service for the Canary Islands. Flight safety, crew licensing, insurance and maintenance remain the responsibility of the operating aircraft company.

The Mercedes at the steps, the yacht day, the table, the return trip next year, that is the business we are in. It is also why a broker abroad will never include a transfer and we do.
Two honest tips. One: send us any quote you already have, it costs nothing and we usually beat it or match it with more included. Two: if your budget is far below the ranges on this page, we will tell you on the first reply. Nobody's time gets wasted, yours least of all.
