- Bookings can be made via live chat, WhatsApp, or directly at the Club Canary office. The easiest way is to place the order online on the page, and then contact us so we can fix the ticket with the correct information and confirm it for you.
- The deposit you pay is correct, and the system also calculates it correctly if you choose more bikes. The amount to pay on arrival is not updated automatically. After you make the booking, an agent will adjust the invoice and confirm it manually. Payments are only accepted after the booking is confirmed, unless you pay with iDEAL. The deposit is a down payment and is part of the total price, so it is not refundable. On the day of the activity, you also pay a safety deposit: normally 50€ per bike, and 100€ for electric mountain bikes. This safety deposit is fully returned unless the bike is damaged, misused, or stolen.
- Minimum order: 2 bikes for at least 1 full day. Single-bike rentals require a minimum of 2 full days.
- E-bike rentals are available only for guests aged 18+ due to insurance regulations.
