- If cancelled more than 7 days before the diving course Tenerife: 40% of your deposit is refunded. 60% is retained for preparation costs.
- If cancelled 3–7 days before the start: no refund of the deposit.
- If cancelled between 12 hours and 3 days before: no refund of the deposit + 150€ per person fine.
- If cancelled less than 12 hours before or in case of no-show: no refund of the deposit + 225€ per person fine.
