Bus To Loro Parque Cancellation Policy
- Standard Bookings: Free cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled bus transfer.
- Groups (5-10 people): Cancellations can be made for free up to 4 days before the transfer.
- Large Groups (11+ people): You can cancel without any charge up to 7 days prior to the transfer.
Missed Bus Policy:
- Trackers Installed: Our buses are equipped with real-time tracking. If you miss the bus and the tracker indicates its arrival at your location, refunds will not be provided.
- Strict Timings: Buses operate solely in the morning. Missing it means there’s no other bus arriving later.
- Return Trip Responsibility: It’s vital to pay attention to the departure details provided upon arrival at Loro Parque. The responsibility is yours to ensure you’re at the right place at the right time for the return journey. Typically, buses leave at 17:00 from the designated spot near Loro Parque. The driver or guide will inform you of the exact details before you leave the park. If you miss the return transfer, it’s on you.
If You Miss The Bus:
We know it’s not nice to miss the bus, but the down payment does not cover the cost of a missed place. The rest of the balance still needs to be paid, because the bus company charges us for every no-show. We can try to help by rescheduling for another day or suggesting other transport so you can still visit Loro Parque, but we ask you to respect this rule.
If you were late and we have photo proof you weren’t at the meeting point, please don’t say you were there unless you can show a photo with a clear time and date. If you refuse to pay the penalty in that situation, we will have to make a fraud report, because we must explain why we are paying for a service that was not received.
A favor to remember: If you head to Loro Parque independently, please inform us. We’ll attempt to communicate with the bus company so you might catch the return bus at 17:00. This is a courtesy service from us, hoping to ease your journey. Please note that any complaints about the bus driver or guide leading to refund requests will not be entertained as this is an additional service provided for your convenience.
Additional Booking Information:
Booking your transfer to Loro Parque with Club Canary is straightforward with just a deposit. However, this deposit doesn’t cover the costs if you cancel last minute or don’t show up. When you book, you agree to our policies. Canceling between 12-24 hours before the trip (12-48 hours for groups of 5 or more, 12-72 hours for groups of 11 or more) incurs a 7€ per person penalty (including children). For cancellations less than 12 hours before, no-shows, or missing the bus, you’ll need to pay the full price.
By booking with us, you accept these terms. Non-compliance may result in a claim to your bank or payment provider, and for larger bookings, we may need to take legal action. We’re always here to help with any issues or concerns, so please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your understanding and cooperation are much appreciated.

Standard Loro Parque Bus – Choose What Works Best for You
If you’re in more remote locations, such as Playa Paraíso (e.g., Hard Rock Hotel), Alcalá, El Palmar, Las Galletas, Costa del Silencio, Golf del Sur, etc., you can still book the service at the same price. In this case, it won’t be the express route, so the trip may take a bit longer. However, it’s still a dedicated Loro Parque transfer, not a public bus making multiple stops, and you’ll travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned bus.
If you prefer only the Express Bus and don’t mind walking to the closest express stop, just leave a note on your order saying “I want only Express Bus” and we’ll send you the location of the nearest stop. Both options are good, it’s just about your preference.
