Superphantom 80 Yacht Charter Essentials
- Boarding Information: Don’t forget your Club Canary ticket—keep it handy on your phone or in a printed form. Arrive at our meeting point in Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón, Gate 0, at least 15 minutes before departure time. Spacious parking is available at the port.
- What is APA? The Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) is a pre-paid expense covering all onboard costs not included in the charter fee, such as fuel, food, and port fees. This is calculated as a percentage of your charter fee, based on your specific preferences and itinerary, detailed through a questionnaire prior to your journey.
- Yacht Specifications and Amenities: The Superphantom 80 accommodates up to 10 guests (8 adults and 2 children) to ensure optimal comfort and an intimate experience. The yacht features ample sunbathing areas and shaded sitting spots for relaxation. It’s equipped with modern amenities and the crew is multilingual, enhancing your experience aboard.
- Accessibility and Regulations: Please note, the yacht is not wheelchair accessible. Smoking is permitted only at the designated area at the back of the boat.
- Flexible Departure Points: While the standard departure is from Tenerife, the Superphantom 80 can also set sail from alternative locations such as Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, or Gran Canaria for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss the logistics and extra costs involved.
- Additional Services: If you are arriving independently and wish to utilize our drop-off service after your charter, please mention this in your order note. Our aim is to make your luxury yacht experience as seamless and personalised as possible.
Canary Islands Luxury Yacht Vacations Policy
- This experience requires good weather. If it is canceled due to dangerous weather conditions, you will be offered another date or a full refund. Only the captain of Paladio will be able to make a decision on this assessment.
- You may cancel or reschedule the trip for free up to 8 days in advance. Send us your request by email: office@clubcanary.com. If you cancel less than 8 days in advance you will lose 60% of your paid amount.
- If you cancel between 24 and 96 hours before departure, you will lose a 80% of the paid amount
- If you cancel 24 hours before departure, you will lose the entire amount paid. This also applies if you get sick or want to end the trip early. Depending on the situation, the yachting team is willing to listen to you and possibly find a solution.
- If you get sick or want to end the trip earlier, you won’t get refunded.
- For special dining wishes, or if you want to rent the boat for a longer period feel free to contact us.
- However, the charterer accepts that the use of the private yacht and water toys on board is entirely at his/her own risk and agrees not to hold the owner, charterer, agent, captain or crew responsible for any damage, expenses, loss, accident or even death that may occur during the use of the said yacht/toy.
- Water sports activities such as jet skis, fly boarding and a banana boat can be arranged during the boat trip for an additional cost.
