📍 Pick-up & Return Location

• Pick-up and return are both at the rental office (no delivery service).
• Avenida Ernesto Sarti 2, Costa Adeje (South Tenerife, near Hotel Playaolid).

👤 Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 25 years
• Licence category depends on the bike (A / A2 / A1 or B licence with experience where allowed)
• All-risk insurance is available, but eligibility is confirmed directly at the partner’s office and depends on the rider being at least 25 years old, having a minimum of 3+ years of licence experience depending on the motorcycle, and regular riding experience.

📅 Rental Duration

• Standard rentals are 3 days or 7 days (total price).
• Each rental day equals 24 hours. Return time is the same as pick-up time.
• Longer rentals are possible on request (minimum 3 days).

💳 Payment & Security Deposit

• You reserve online with a deposit (around 25%).
• The remaining balance and security deposit are paid at pick-up.
• Payment at the shop: cash or card (Maestro & American Express not accepted).

🛡️ All Risk Insurance (Optional)

All Risk Insurance is an optional extra that reduces your financial responsibility in case of damage to the motorcycle or scooter. It does not remove responsibility completely but lowers the excess amount you would need to pay if something happens. The daily price and excess of the All Risk Insurance depend on the motorcycle group you choose.

For rentals of 7 days or more, we offer an optional driver pick-up service (driver only, not the motorbike). Available between Los Cristianos, Las Américas, and La Caleta. Price: 40€ (pick-up only). 💳 Deposit & Payment

• You pay an online deposit (around 25%) to confirm your motor rental Tenerife.
• The remaining balance is paid at pick-up at the rental office in South Tenerife.
• A security deposit is required at pick-up. The amount depends on the bike category and is refunded after return in good condition.

• Minimum driver age: 25 years.
• A valid driving licence and passport or ID are mandatory.
• Licence category must match the selected motorcycle or scooter.
• If requirements are not met, the rental may be refused without refund.

• Pick-up and return take place at the rental office in Costa Adeje (no delivery).
• The motorbike or scooter must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
• Each rental day equals 24 hours. Return time matches pick-up time.
• Early returns are allowed but do not qualify for refunds.

🕒 Opening Hours

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30
• Saturday & public holidays: 09:00 – 13:30
• Sundays: Closed
• If your return date falls on Sunday, return will be arranged for Saturday or Monday as agreed.

🗓️ Cancellation & Changes

• Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pick-up.
• Cancellations between 24–72 hours before pick-up lose the full deposit.
• Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows lose the deposit and incur a 1-day rental penalty.
• Early returns may qualify for partial refunds only after approval and availability.

⚖️ Responsibility & Conduct

• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden.
• Off-road riding is not allowed and voids insurance coverage.
• Protected areas and private property must be respected at all times.
• All traffic fines, speed tickets, towing, or parking violations are the renter’s responsibility.
• If the motorbike is removed due to illegal parking, recovery is fully the renter’s responsibility.

🆘 Assistance & Safety

• An emergency contact number is provided at pick-up.
• The rental team will explain how the motorcycle or scooter works before departure.
• Helmets are provided for all riders and passengers.
• Jackets may be available as an optional extra and can be fitted on-site.
