- Intoxication or inappropriate behavior means no ride, no refund.
- Notify changes or cancellations 48 hours ahead at office@clubcanary.com. Groups of 4+ quads, reach out 4 days in advance.
- Last-minute changes, lateness? Sorry, no refunds.
- Safety assessments by our team are final. Dress for weather variability for utmost comfort.
