Deposit & Payment
- You book your surf lesson in Tenerife with a small deposit through Club Canary. This deposit secures your spot.
- The remaining balance is paid on the day of the lesson directly at the surf school before entering the water.
- The deposit is part of the total price and is non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation & Changes
- Free cancellation or reschedule up to 48 hours before your surf lesson. Email office@clubcanary.com.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson result in the loss of the deposit.
- Cancellations within 3 hours of the lesson or no-shows result in deposit loss plus a 15€ fee per person.
- If you feel unwell, anxious, or stop the lesson early, no refund is possible once the lesson has started.
Weather & Ocean Conditions
- Surf lessons in Tenerife depend on safe wave and weather conditions.
- If the ocean is unsafe for beginners, the lesson will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
- Lesson times shown on the website are preferred times. Final times depend on swell, tides, and season.
Participation Rules
- Participants must have basic swimming skills and a reasonable fitness level.
- Group surf lessons are for ages 13+. Private surf lessons are available from 8+.
- Each group lesson requires a minimum of 2 participants. If not reached, you may change date, activity, or receive a refund.
