- The remaining balance is paid on the day of the lesson directly to the instructor in El Médano.
- The deposit secures your reservation but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled lesson.
- If you cancel within 48 hours before the activity, the 15€ deposit is lost and an additional 25€ per person must be paid to compensate for reserved instructor time.
- If you cancel within 3 hours before the lesson start time, or do not show up, you are required to pay the full lesson amount.
- No refund applies for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
