Monte Cristo Catamaran Excursions

• Ticket Reminder: Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket ready, either on your phone or printed.
• Packing Essentials: Don’t forget to bring swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen.
• Crew Languages: The multilingual crew is ready to assist guests in several languages.
• Capacity: The Monte Cristo boat tour is limited to approximately 20 participants for a more exclusive experience.
• Pre-Boarding Tips: Eat before boarding and avoid alcohol to reduce the risk of seasickness. Taking a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure is recommended.
• Onboard Amenities: Enjoy sunbathing spots and shaded seating areas. The boat also provides a toilet and a changing room.
• Footwear Policy: Shoes and flip-flops must be removed and will be stored until the boat’s return.
• Accessibility Note: Wheelchairs cannot be accommodated onboard due to space constraints.
• Meeting Point: Find us at Costa Adeje, Puerto Colón, Gate 6. The Monte Cristo Catamaran is located at the front left back side of the harbor. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure to ensure a smooth boarding process.
• Parking Information: Spacious parking areas are available at Puerto Colón, with an hourly rate of approximately 1.20€, offering a hassle-free solution for those driving.

• Drop-Off Service: If using our drop-off service after your excursion, please indicate this in the order note for convenience.

Tenerife Monte Cristo Boat Policy

1. Club Canary Refund Policy: Please note that Club Canary is only authorized to handle bookings for the Monte Cristo Catamaran. We are not permitted to issue refunds for missed boat departures, no-shows, or incidents that occur on the boat without explicit permission from the Monte Cristo manager. All payments made here are directly transferred to the Monte Cristo team.
2. Weather-Dependent Experience: This catamaran excursion is weather-dependent. In the event of hazardous weather conditions leading to trip cancellation, you will be offered the option of rescheduling for a different date or receiving a full refund.
3. Minimum Participation Requirement: To ensure a fantastic experience for all participants, a minimum of 6 participants is required for the boat trip to proceed. In case the minimum participant requirement is not met, you will be provided with the choice of rescheduling for an alternative date/excursion or obtaining a full refund.
4. Itinerary Changes Due to Seasickness: In the event that you experience seasickness and the captain needs to alter the itinerary for your comfort and safety, refunds will not be issued.

Free Cancellation Period:

• For more than 4 people: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure.
• For more than 7 people: Free cancellation up to 4 days before the scheduled departure.
• For more than 15 people: Free cancellation up to 6 days before the scheduled departure.
• You can cancel or reschedule your trip for free up to 24 hours in advance. Kindly send your request via email to office@clubcanary.com. However, if you fail to cancel in time or are not present on the day of the tour, no refund will be granted.
