The quads are spacious and come equipped with a large storage box, perfect for holding your belongings during a day trip to the beach or Siam Park.

• Ticket: Remember your Club Canary ticket! You can show it on your phone or bring a printed copy.
• Driver’s License: Bring a valid driver’s license, it’s required to rent a quad.
• Passenger Requirements: Children 12 years and older are welcome to ride as passengers on public roads.
• Payment: Bring some cash or card to cover the final payment before your quad adventure begins.

Quad Details & Rental Process

• Quads for All Group Sizes: We have up to 20 quads available for big groups. All quads are automatic and very easy to drive, making them perfect for both beginners and experienced riders.
• Fuel Policy: Each quad is handed over with a full tank, or with a specific fuel level. You’ll need to return the quad with the same amount of fuel it had when you received it. This keeps things simple and ensures everyone is ready to go.
• Safety Deposit: A safety deposit is required due to past incidents where quads were used off-road or parked illegally, leading to fines and impoundments. This deposit protects both you and our partner:
• Options for Payment: Cash: Payable at pickup and refunded directly upon return. PayPal: Held in reserve and only used if needed. Card: The deposit is pre-authorized and only deducted if necessary.
• Additional Information: some of the company staff are German, so you may receive a call or message from a German phone number regarding your rental.

Important Guidelines

• Comfortable Clothing: Wear clothes and shoes that might get a bit dirty (no flip-flops). We recommend long pants and a long-sleeved shirt for extra comfort and protection, though it’s ultimately your responsibility to dress appropriately.
• Health Restrictions: Quad biking is not recommended during pregnancy.
• Insurance: Full insurance is included. However, if the quad is taken off-road or parked illegally, resulting fines or damages will be deducted from the safety deposit.
• Please note: At Club Canary, we generally do not recommend quad hire. If you decide to go ahead, it is entirely your own choice and responsibility. Our recommendation is to book a guided Teide quad tour instead, as it is better organized, safer, and gives you a more enjoyable overall experience.

Meeting Location & Pick-Up Zones

We offer multiple meeting locations across Tenerife, and you can select your preferred zone during booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll send you the exact meeting point closest to you. If you’re outside these zones, let us know, and we can often arrange delivery or pickup for an additional fee (10€-25€, depending on distance).

Quad Hire Tenerife Terms & Conditions

Prohibited Driving Areas: It is strictly forbidden to operate quads on highways, within national parks or protected areas, and on any off-road trails. Non-compliance will result in fines and potential deductions from your safety deposit. Ensure you adhere to these rules for a safe and lawful Tenerife quad bike hire experience.

Guest Conduct: Any guest showing signs of intoxication or disruptive behavior will not be allowed to participate, and no refund will be issued. Safety and respect are our top priorities to ensure everyone enjoys their Tenerife quad rental experience.

Driver’s License Requirement: All drivers must present a valid driver’s license, either the original or a clear digital copy on their phone.

Equipment & Operational Issues: If there are any problems with the quad during your ride, the on-site guide will assess the situation and determine responsibility. You won’t be charged for issues that aren’t your fault. Club Canary is not liable for operational issues, and any requests for compensation should be directed to the guide or the team managing the quad bike rentals in Tenerife.

Please note that some clients have experienced occasional communication difficulties with Qooad’s team. They have recently made changes in their management and are working to improve their organization. Many of their staff are German, so if you receive a call or message from a German number, that is the reason.

When you make a booking with us, you also give us permission to share your phone number with the staff of Qooad. This is only so they can handle your booking in the best way possible and contact you if needed about your quad rental. For privacy, we only share the name and phone number of the person who booked, and our partner is only authorized to contact you about your quad booking or quad-related matters.

Cancellation & Modifications:

• Changes or cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your scheduled ride.
• For bookings of 4 or more quads, free cancellation is available up to 4 days in advance.
• For long-term rentals (rentals over one day), the cancellation policy doubles to 96 hours (4 days) for single bookings and 8 days for bookings of 4 or more quads.
• Send any requests for changes or cancellations to office@clubcanary.com. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited refund and a 25€ fee per quad.

Client Responsibility: Clients are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines. Drinking and driving are strictly prohibited, and off-road riding is not allowed. Off-road use can lead to damages and fines, which may be deducted from your safety deposit. Following these guidelines ensures a safe and enjoyable Tenerife quad bike rental experience.

Extended Rentals & Weather Conditions: For long-term quad bike rentals in Tenerife, please note there will be no refund if any specific day has unsuitable weather conditions. We recommend checking forecasts in advance for multi-day rentals to plan accordingly.

Insurance & Responsibility

The quad hire Tenerife provider is licensed and insured to offer rentals across the Canary Islands. In the event of an accident, damage, fine, or dispute, including with local authorities, the responsibility lies strictly between you (the client) and the quad rental provider. By booking a quad hire through Club Canary, you automatically confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. It’s important to understand that quad biking can be dangerous, and by participating, you accept all associated risks. Club Canary is not the quad owner nor the operating company. The vehicles are owned and managed by our partner “Qooad”, who will handle any issues, accidents, or claims directly with you. Once your ride begins, Club Canary is no longer responsible for any incidents, injuries, fines, or operational concerns. We are only the booking platform that connects clients to their adventure, no legal claims can be made against Club Canary for problems that arise during or after the ride. We emphasize this because unfortunately, there have been past cases involving younger riders, driving under the influence, unauthorized off-road use, or accidents that led to complications. These situations are serious, and all consequences will be handled by Qooad, according to their internal procedures and insurance policies.

Booking with Club Canary is easy, and we’re here to help you arrange an unforgettable experience. But once you hit the road, it’s your responsibility to ride safely, follow the rules, and communicate directly with Qooad for any issues. Please note that we do not recommend quad rental as the best way to explore Tenerife. Instead, we suggest joining a guided Teide quad tour, which is safer, better organized, and far more rewarding. That said, if you do wish to rent a quad in Tenerife, there aren’t many options available, and this is currently the best choice.
