Shipping Policy
Club Canary is a tour company that offers various experiences and excursions for travelers. As such, we do not ship physical products or items to any address. The only thing that is sent to our customers is an e-ticket which serves as confirmation of their booking. This e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. When will I receive my ticket?
As a tour company, Club Canary does not ship physical products to your address. Instead, once you have made a booking for an excursion, you will be sent an e-ticket right away. However, you will need to confirm the ticket with a member of the Club Canary team. Typically, you can expect to receive a confirmation within 15-30 minutes during our business hours, which are 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. However, if you make your booking outside of these hours, it may take longer for us to confirm your ticket. Rest assured that we always do our best to verify and process your order as quickly as possible. If you have any concerns about the status of your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
