• Cancellations less than 48 hours before will lose the deposit.
• If you cancel less than 3 hours before your time or pick-up, the deposit is lost + a 7.50€ fee per person is charged.
• No refund for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
• If weather is rainy, too windy, or if there is strong Calima in Tenerife, we contact you to offer a full refund or a new date.

• Any behaviour that stresses animals may result in removal without refund.

• Smoking only in designated areas.
• You must collect your Camel Park wristband at reception, losing it may require leaving the park.
