• If behaviour puts guests, crew, or the boat at risk, the captain may end the trip early without refund.

• The captain always has the final decision regarding weather and sea conditions.
• If conditions are unsafe, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
• If guests choose to return early due to seasickness or personal reasons, refunds cannot be issued.
