This policy exists to keep things fair, clear, and stress-free for both guests and crew. The No Worries Yacht is a private charter, meaning the boat is reserved exclusively for you.
Deposit & Payment
- You secure your No Worries Yacht Tenerife charter with a deposit when booking.
- The deposit is deducted from the total price.
- The remaining balance is paid before departure, directly to the yacht crew.
- The deposit confirms the yacht is blocked exclusively for your group.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 8-hour charters: Free cancellation or reschedule up to 4 days before departure.
- 8 hours or longer: Free cancellation or reschedule up to 6 days before departure.
- All cancellation or date-change requests must be sent to office@clubcanary.com.
- If cancelled after the free period, the deposit is lost.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
- No refund is possible for late arrivals, same-day cancellations, or no-shows.
- If only a deposit was paid and the booking is cancelled within 3 hours of departure without communication, a 450€ penalty applies.
- This is because the deposit alone does not cover lost charter time and crew costs.
Punctuality
- Please arrive on time at the agreed meeting point.
- If you arrive late, the lost time is deducted from your charter duration.
- If the yacht departs late for reasons beyond your control, the time will be added to your trip.
Weather & Sea Conditions
- Your safety comes first. If the captain cancels due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Only the captain can make this safety decision.
- Weather-related cancellations are communicated as early as possible.
Seasickness
- If seasickness requires the captain to adjust the route or stop activities, no refund is possible.
- Guests prone to seasickness should take preventive medication before departure.
Dietary Requests
- Please list allergies or food preferences in the booking notes.
- Last-minute requests may not always be possible to accommodate.
