• The Teide quad safari runs daily in the morning and afternoon. Duration is around 2–2.5 hours.
• Meeting point: Av. Isora 109, 38680 Guía de Isora. Free parking available.
• Coming direct? Arrive 30 minutes before departure. If you selected pick-up, expect the driver around 30 minutes before your chosen time.
Transport & Pick-Up:
• Pick-up in South Tenerife is available for 5€ per person, paid on the day. Return transport is included automatically.
• Pick-up areas: Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje, Las Américas. Areas outside this zone are not included.
• Write your hotel name when booking. Staying in an Airbnb or apartment? Select the nearest hotel.

• A valid car driving license is required to drive. Learner permits are not accepted.

Clothing & Weather:
• This is a road tour, so no off-road driving is included. You normally won’t get dirty during the experience.
• Still, the weather in Teide National Park can change quickly. Clouds, wind, or a little mountain drizzle can appear without warning.

Photos:

Driving Rules
- This Quad Safari Tenerife tour requires a valid full car driving license. No learner or provisional permits.
- Drivers must be 18+, and passengers from 7 years old. For younger kids, contact us so we can ask the guide. This is one of the most family friendly quad tours in Tenerife.
- Helmets are provided and must be worn for the whole guided quad tour.
Weight Limit
- Maximum combined weight per quad is 160 kg.
- If the total weight is higher, you must book a second quad for safety.
- If this is discovered at check-in and no extra quad is available, one person may join the guide in the jeep. No refunds apply.
Important Notes
- This is a scenic Teide quad tour, but it does not include off-road driving. Complaints about “no off-road” are not accepted.
- No alcohol, drugs, or unsafe behaviour. You may be removed from the quad adventure Tenerife with no refund.
Weather & Conditions
- The operator may reschedule or cancel the Mount Teide quad safari in case of unsafe weather.
- If a cancellation is required, you may choose a new date or get a full refund.
- Weather discomfort (heat, cold, dust) is not refundable if the quad tour Tenerife is safe to operate.
Deposits & Cancellations
- You book with a small deposit, and pay the rest on the day.
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour. Groups of 4+ quads: 4 days.
- Cancelling between 12–24 hours before: 30% of the balance must still be paid (60% for groups).
- Less than 12 hours before: 60% of the balance must still be paid.
