- Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a 90% refund of the total charter cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure are eligible for a 70% refund.
- Cancellations made between 4 and 14 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before departure are eligible for a 25% refund only.
Refunds are partial because preparations, crew scheduling, provisioning, and calendar blocking begin immediately after confirmation.

- If weather or technical conditions prevent the charter from starting, guests will be offered a reschedule or a refund.
- Once the charter has started and the yacht has left the port, no refunds apply.
