- Sun Protection: Ensure you have sunscreen to stay protected under the Tenerife sun!
- Ready to Dive: Remember to pack your best swimwear for an immersive experience.
- Refreshments: You can bring water and a selection of fruits. However, avoid other foods and drinks.
- Operational Hours: Summer (1 May – 31 October): 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Winter (1 November – 30 April): 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Location: Av. Siam, s/n, 38660 Costa Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
- Exclusive Access: There are just two VIP houses. Book early to ensure you don’t miss out!
- Accommodation: The house pricing covers up to 6 guests, but with a surcharge, you can invite up to 4 more, hosting a maximum of 10.
Siam Park House Policy
- More than 2 months in advance: Receive a refund of 90% of the paid amount.
- Between 1-2 months in advance: Qualify for a 60% refund of the paid amount.
- 15-30 days prior: You’re entitled to 35% of the paid amount.
- 4-14 days prior: You can claim back 20% of the paid amount.
- Less than 3 days: Regrettably, no refund will be issued.

- Smoking is restricted to designated areas.
- For safety, swimwear is mandatory on all rides.
- Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be escorted out.
- Children’s safety is paramount; they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
