• The Tenerife wine tasting tour starts around 11:15 and lasts approximately 5 hours.
• If you booked the Self-Drive Tour, go directly to Bodega Lagar de Chasna and arrive by 11:00 sharp.
• For the regular shared tour, free pick-up service is available from southern areas between Callao Salvaje and Los Cristianos.
• Guests in Los Gigantes, Playa la Arena, or Golf del Sur can request pick-up/drop-off for 65€ in total (round trip).
• Pick-ups in Puerto de la Cruz may be available for private wine tours only with an extra charge.
• Important: Pick-ups are never available from the north for shared tours.

You can also choose the self-drive wine tour. Please note that drinking and driving is not encouraged. Club Canary is not responsible for any incidents related to alcohol consumption. Even if someone in your group skips the wine, the price remains the same, no discounts apply.

- With Club Canary you pay only a small deposit to confirm. It counts toward the total.
- The remaining balance is paid on the day of the tour, either to the driver or directly at the vineyard.
- The deposit secures your seats but does not cover late cancellations or no-shows.
🗓️ Cancellations
- Shared & self-drive: free cancellation up to 48 hours before.
- Groups of 4+ people: free up to 4 days before.
- Private/VIP tours: free up to 6 days before.
- Private/VIP cancelled between 4–6 days: 50% of deposit refunded.
- Private/VIP cancelled <48 hours: deposit lost + pay 60% of remaining balance.
- Any booking cancelled <24 hours or no-show: deposit lost + pay 90% of remaining balance.
- Shared tour cancelled <48 hours (or groups 4+ < 4 days): deposit is lost.
- Shared/group cancelled <12 hours: deposit lost + pay 50% of remaining balance.
- Illness or last-minute changes: no refund (costs/prep already incurred). Please contact us ASAP, if informed in time, we try to help.

- This is an authentic wine experience focused on local culture and quality, not a party bus.
- Please drink responsibly and respect the guide, other guests, and the vineyard.
- If a guest becomes intoxicated or behaves inappropriately, no compensation or refund is provided.
⚖️ Liability & Health
- Issues must be addressed on the spot with the guide. Club Canary isn’t on-site and can’t decide afterwards.
- Please inform us of allergies/intolerances when booking in the Club Canary order notes, and remind the guide before tasting.
- Not following safety rules, guide instructions, or local laws may lead to removal without refund.
- Club Canary isn’t responsible for lost items, or delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
