Most shore excursions in Funchal put you on a coach for half a day. This one is a walk. Ships dock a short distance from the city centre, the winery is in town, and the 10:30 visit is over before lunch, with the old town, the market and the cable car still ahead of you. - A real doctor or hospital paper that says you cannot take part, dated before the visit or the same morning. It covers the person named on it, not the whole group. For everything else, your travel insurance is the right route; ask us for a written booking confirmation for your claim.
Ship Schedule Changes
- If your ship's hours change, tell us as early as you can and we try to move the visit with the winery.
- If your ship cannot call at Funchal at all, message us as soon as you know. You get a full refund of your deposit.
Wines And Conduct
- The wines in each tasting may change with availability; the number of wines and the level stay the same.
- Guests arriving intoxicated or behaving inappropriately may be refused without a refund.
