- Facilities: There’s a toilet and a small changing area onboard.
- Shoes Off: Flip-flops and shoes come off before boarding, they’ll be safely stored until you’re back.
- Accessibility: The boat isn’t wheelchair-accessible, but our crew will help you board if needed.

Departure Location – Puerto Colón Info
- Meeting Point: Head to gate 9 at Puerto Colón. It’s right by the gasoline station at the end of the harbor.
- Be On Time: Get there at least 15 minutes before departure so everything runs smoothly.
- Check-In: Our team will scan your ticket, take care of the payment, and walk you to the boat.
- Parking: There’s a paid parking area close by, around 1.20€ per hour.

Policy
- Weather Conditions: This tour depends on good weather. If your trip is canceled due to dangerous conditions at sea, you’ll be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- Seasickness: If seasickness occurs and forces a change in the route or itinerary, no refunds will be given.
- Complaints: Any complaints about the trip should be addressed directly to the Maxicat crew during the excursion. Club Canary staff are not on board and cannot assess or resolve on-the-spot issues.
- Children & Safety: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Life jackets and all standard safety equipment (life raft, lifebuoys, GPS, VHF, flares, first-aid kit) are on board.
- Sunset Trips: Sunset sailings (16:15–19:00) are subject to availability. Always check with Club Canary in advance to confirm if the trip is running.
- Pick-Up Service: Free hotel pick-up is available in south Tenerife, but spots are limited. Book early to guarantee your preferred location and time.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellations or rescheduling up to 48 hours before departure. Please email your request to office@clubcanary.com.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip result in loss of deposit.
- A penalty of 15€ per person applies for cancellations less than 2 hours before departure, late arrivals, or no-shows, since the deposit does not cover these damages.

About the 3-Hour Maxicat Tour
The Maxicat Tenerife boat trip runs twice daily:
- Morning trip: 10:00 – 13:00
- Afternoon trip: 13:15 – 16:00
- Sunset trip: 16:15 – 19:00 (available mainly on Wednesdays and Sundays – contact Club Canary first to confirm).
