Policy
At Club Canary, we strive to offer you a smooth and enjoyable parasailing experience in Tenerife. Please read our updated policy carefully:
- Weather Conditions: If adverse weather conditions make your scheduled parasailing unsafe, we will contact you at least 1 hour in advance to offer a full refund or reschedule the activity.
- Minimum Participants: Parasailing requires a minimum of 2 participants. If this number isn’t met, we’ll propose an alternative date/excursion or provide a full refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for a Fun and Fair Experience:
At Club Canary, we aim to make booking your parasailing adventure as easy and flexible as possible, allowing reservations with just a deposit. We understand that plans can change, which is why we’ve designed a fair and straightforward cancellation policy. However, when a guest doesn’t show up, it means lost opportunity and costs for us and other interested participants. Therefore, the following policies help us manage these situations and continue offering great experiences to everyone:
- General Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours in advance for groups of 1-5 participants. For groups of 6 or more, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to allow us adequate time to fill the spots. Please send your request to office@clubcanary.com.
- Late Cancellation Fee: If plans change and you need to cancel, please do so with enough notice. If you cancel within 12 hours before the trip (24 hours for groups of 6 or more), a late cancellation fee of 15€ per person will be charged. This fee helps cover the costs of the reserved spots and ensures we can continue offering the flexibility of small deposits.
- No Show and Very Late Cancellation Penalty: Not showing up for your booked activity or canceling less than 2.5 hours before the trip (or 5 hours for larger groups) is particularly challenging for us. In these cases, a penalty of 22.50€ per person will be applied. Failing to show up or cancel after this period will result in you being responsible for the full outstanding amount. This strict policy is in place because very late cancellations mean we can’t offer the spot to someone else, leading to lost opportunities and costs.
- Legal Actions: While we prefer to resolve issues amicably, for smaller outstanding amounts, we may contact the bank or payment platform used to make the booking to report non-compliance or fraud by the user. For larger amounts or repeated offenses, Club Canary reserves the right to take legal action to recover any outstanding payments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies are in place to ensure we can continue offering exciting and safe parasailing experiences to everyone.
