Schedule & Meeting Point:
• Pick-ups begin between 17:45 and 18:45, depending on your area.
• Return from Santa Cruz takes place between 22:30 and 23:15.
• Exact pick-up and return times are sent approximately 14 days before the event.
• Please select your hotel (or nearest hotel) during booking for the correct meeting point.
• Guests staying in Puerto de la Cruz have the same price but travel with a dedicated bus line starting from that area.
Transport & Options:
Club Canary operates multiple buses specially licensed to enter closer to the carnival zone. This avoids the usual chaos of public transport and the nearly impossible parking situation in Santa Cruz during Carnival.
• Standard bus ticket: 45€ per adult.
• Children up to 11 years: 29€ (only via WhatsApp request).
• Reserved seating (with bus): +35€.
• Reserved seating (without bus): sold out.
• Prices and availability can change close to the event date.

At The Event:
Upon arrival, you can head directly to your reserved podium seats (if selected). This raised area includes access to dedicated toilets and gives you a clear view of the comparsas, dancers, drummers, and full competition route. Without reserved seating, you are free to explore the street-viewing areas. Expect big crowds but an incredible atmosphere, music, costumes, food stalls, and the real spirit of Santa Cruz Carnival.

Payment & Price
- For this special carnival event, full payment in advance is required to confirm your place.
- For groups of 15+ people, we can arrange payment by invoice on request before booking.
- Prices can change depending on demand and availability. Booking early usually gives the best value.
Cancellation Policy (Client Side)
- More than 20 days before the event: 100% refund.
- 12-20 days before: 80% refund.
- 5-12 days before: 60% refund.
- 1-5 days before: 40% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund (the event is usually fully booked at least 15 days in advance).
- If you decide to leave early, miss the return bus, or forget the meeting point, we cannot offer any refund.
Event Cancellation (Authority / External)
- If the event is cancelled by the authorities (for example, for safety, weather or public health reasons), and it cannot be rescheduled, we refund 80% of the amount paid. The remaining 20% covers service, reservation and transaction costs already incurred.
- If the schedule or route is adjusted by the organisers but the event still goes ahead, this is not considered a cancellation and normal conditions apply.
Seating & Organisation
- Every Ritmo y Armonía seating ticket booked through Club Canary includes a reserved chair on the official podium (with or without bus, depending on the option chosen).
- We always try to seat friends and families together, but specific seat numbers or exact positions cannot be guaranteed.
- Complaints about visibility, noise level or crowd density at the event do not entitle the guest to a refund.
- Once you have boarded the bus, refunds are only possible if our guide confirms that the service cannot be provided as booked.
Conduct & On-Board Rules
- Respectful behaviour towards other guests, the driver, guide and local residents is required at all times.
- Alcohol and illegal substances are not allowed on the bus. This is a transfer to the carnival, not a party bus.
- If a guest behaves aggressively, disturbs others or ignores safety instructions, the driver or guide may refuse service without refund.

Ritmo y Armonía 2026 – Santa Cruz Carnival Evening Parade
Ritmo y Armonía is one of the most popular nights of the Santa Cruz Carnival. On 14 February 2026 the best comparsas of Tenerife compete in a parade of costume, choreography, drums, and live music. It is the perfect way to feel the real carnival atmosphere without spending the whole night in Santa Cruz. Please note: this transfer and especially the reserved seatings sells out every year long before the date, so don’t wait too long, book in time!
What to Expect from the Evening
The event takes place in the streets of Santa Cruz, where access by private car is extremely difficult during carnival. With Club Canary you travel from the south of Tenerife by bus, are dropped close to the route thanks to special access permits, enjoy the Ritmo y Armonía parade and then return comfortably to your hotel.

Departure from the south
Pick-up from the main tourist areas in the south of Tenerife starts at approximately 17:45. Several buses operate this night, and we group guests by hotel area to keep the ride smooth and as fast as possible, even with the heavy carnival traffic.
Arrival & parade experience
Our buses have special permission to approach the carnival zone, so you avoid the long walk and impossible parking of Santa Cruz. Once there, you dive straight into the parade: powerful drum lines, glitter costumes, synchronized comparsa dancers and non-stop Latin rhythms. If you chose reserved seating, you watch everything from a podium with a clear view of the route and nearby toilet access; if not, you are free to move around and enjoy the street atmosphere.
Return to your hotel
After the last comparsas pass by, you meet again at the bus at the agreed location. Departure from Santa Cruz is planned between 22:45 and 23:00, so in normal traffic conditions most guests are back at their hotel in the south of Tenerife shortly after midnight.
Exact pick-up times, points and the final return time will be confirmed closer to the date in the “Bus times” section of your booking.
Ritmo y Armonia Prices and Ticket Types
The current price for the round-trip bus transfer to Ritmo y Armonía 2026 is 45€ per adult, including hotel pickup and return drop-off. Prices may increase as we get closer to the event due to limited availability and higher transport costs. There is a child rate of 29€ (up to 11 years old), but children are only accepted on request. To book a child ticket you must contact our team by WhatsApp first. We prefer to keep this experience mainly for adults, as it is a later evening event with large crowds.
Reserved Seating Options for Ritmo y Armonia Event
Seeing Ritmo y Armonía from the street is possible but can be very crowded and it is often difficult to find a good spot. Club Canary therefore offers the option to add reserved seating on the official podium.
- Reserved chair with bus: supplement of 35€ per person on top of the bus price. You travel with our bus and have your own seat in the grandstand.
- Chair (without bus): Sold out.
The podium area offers a clearer view of the comparsas, a more comfortable space and access to nearby toilets. It is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility or wheelchairs, as access involves steps and narrow passages. Small children may also find it difficult to stay seated for the whole parade.
Club Canary works several months in advance to secure these seats. Official seat tickets issued by the authorities are normally released closer to the date of the event. After they are confirmed, we will send the final tickets and all necessary details to your email and WhatsApp.
