• Return from Santa Cruz is normally between 22:30 and 23:15.
• Exact pick-up and return times are sent approximately 10 days before the event on your official Club Canary ticket.
• Please select your hotel (or nearest hotel) during booking for the correct meeting point.
• Guests staying in Puerto de la Cruz have the same price but travel with a dedicated bus line starting from that area.
Transport & Options:
Club Canary operates multiple buses specially licensed to enter closer to the carnival zone. This helps avoid the usual overcrowded public transport and the nearly impossible parking situation in Santa Cruz during Carnival.

• Children up to 11 years: 29€ (only via WhatsApp request).

Important: If you book reserved seating, you will receive an official ticket issued by the organisers/authorities. The printed face value on that ticket may be lower than the amount you paid to Club Canary. This is normal because seating is often obtained through combined allocations (transport, logistics, supplier handling, staffing and coordination). The printed value is not the total service price.
At The Event:
Upon arrival, you can head to the seating zone (if selected) or enjoy the street-viewing areas. Expect big crowds, music, costumes, food stalls, and the real spirit of Santa Cruz Carnival.
• If you selected reserved seating, it includes a simple chair on a raised podium area and access to dedicated toilets.
• Please note: this is a public carnival event. Even with reserved seating, perfect visibility cannot be guaranteed. People may stand up, move around, or children may sit nearby. This is normal during Carnival.
• Bus transfer can be organised and confirmed as part of your booking. Reserved seating depends on official allocation and access rules set by the organisers.

Payment & Price
- For this special carnival event, full payment in advance is required to confirm your place.
- For groups of 15+ people, payment by invoice may be arranged on request before booking.
- Prices are based on limited availability, supplier conditions, logistics, staffing, coordination, and reservation handling, not only on the face value of the official ticket.
- Important pricing clarification: Reserved seating for Ritmo y Armonía is normally released through authorised suppliers as part of combined allocations. Seating availability is often linked to transport, capacity agreements, and operational planning. Even if a guest does not use transport, the seating may still be secured through such a package arrangement.
- The official ticket you receive may display a lower printed value set by the event organisers or authorities. This printed value reflects only the base seating value and does not represent the total cost of securing access. Differences between the printed ticket value and the amount paid are not grounds for complaints, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
Cancellation Policy (Client Side)
- More than 20 days before the event: 100% refund.
- 12–20 days before: 80% refund.
- 5–12 days before: 60% refund.
- 1–5 days before: 40% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before or no-show: no refund.
- If you miss the meeting point, leave early, or do not use the return transfer by choice, no refund applies.
Event Cancellation (Authorities / External Factors)
- If the event is cancelled by the authorities and cannot be rescheduled, an 80% refund is issued. The remaining 20% covers operational, staffing, reservation, and transaction costs already incurred.
- Changes to timing, route, or programme made by the organisers are not considered cancellations.
Seating & Organisation
- Reserved seating consists of a simple chair on an official podium zone along the parade route. It is not luxury or VIP seating.
- Seating availability is controlled by the event organisers and authorised suppliers. Club Canary secures seating through advance allocations and supplier agreements.
- In many cases, official seating is released only as part of combined arrangements involving transport, staffing, and logistics. For this reason, seating may be sold independently to guests even though it was secured as part of a broader allocation.
- Exact seat numbers, rows, perfect visibility, or a disturbance-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Children may be seated nearby, and spectators may stand up or move during the event.
- Reserved seating guarantees access to the official seating zone only. Crowd behaviour, noise levels, and visibility are part of the public carnival experience.
- Complaints related to crowd density, visibility, noise, other spectators, or personal preferences do not qualify for refunds.
Conduct & On-Board Rules
- Guests must behave respectfully toward drivers, guides, other guests, and local residents.
- Alcohol and illegal substances are not allowed on the bus. This is a transport service, not a party bus.
- Guests who behave aggressively, ignore instructions, or compromise safety may be refused service without refund.

What to Expect from the Evening
The event takes place in the streets of Santa Cruz, where access by private car is extremely difficult during Carnival. With Club Canary, you travel by organised bus, are dropped close to the route thanks to special access permits, enjoy the Ritmo y Armonía parade, and then return comfortably to your hotel.

Departure
Pick-up starts at approximately 17:45. Several buses operate this night, and guests are grouped by hotel area to keep the journey as smooth and efficient as possible, even with heavy Carnival traffic. Transfers are available from the south of Tenerife and also via a dedicated line from Puerto de la Cruz.
Arrival & parade experience
Our buses have special permission to approach the Carnival zone, helping you avoid long walks and parking problems. Once there, you enjoy the parade atmosphere with powerful drum lines, glittering costumes, and non-stop Latin rhythms. Guests without seating are free to move along the route and experience the parade from the street like most locals do.
Return
After the last comparsas pass, you return to the bus at the agreed meeting point. Departure from Santa Cruz is planned between 22:45 and 23:00. In normal traffic conditions, most guests arrive back shortly after midnight.

Ritmo y Armonía Prices and Ticket Types
The current price for the round-trip bus transfer to Ritmo y Armonía 2026 is 45€ per adult, including hotel pick-up and return drop-off. Prices may increase closer to the event due to limited availability and higher transport costs.
A child rate of 29€ (up to 11 years old) is available on request only. To book a child ticket, you must contact our team via WhatsApp in advance. This is a later evening event with large crowds, so we mainly recommend it for adults.

To keep it fair, we apply a small discount compared to booking the full bus + seating combination, as many guests still prefer to travel independently.
