• This event is very busy and includes a lot of walking. If you dislike crowds or have mobility issues, it may not be the best choice.
• There is no reserved seating / no podium seating for this night. It is a street Carnival experience.
• No toilet on the bus. Toilets in Santa Cruz are limited and basic during Carnival.

Payment
- Full payment is required at booking. Cabalgata Anunciadora is a high-demand Santa Cruz Carnival date and bus seats are limited.
- Groups of 15+ may request an invoice and payment split, but this must be arranged in advance.
- Your payment covers the organised bus transfer service (vervoer / transfer) and our planning work.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 20 days before the event: 100% refund.
- 12–20 days prior: 80% refund.
- 5–12 days prior: 60% refund.
- 1–5 days prior: 40% refund.
- Less than 24 hours or no-shows: no refund.
External Factors (Santa Cruz Carnival)
- If the Cabalgata Carnival events are cancelled by authorities (for safety or public reasons), an 80% refund is issued. The remaining 20% covers operational work, staffing and transaction costs.
- Rain or normal weather changes are not grounds for refunds. Events only cancel if authorities declare it unsafe.
- If the guide decides to return earlier after arrival due to official instructions or safety reasons, a partial refund may apply depending on the situation and costs already made.
Responsibility & Conduct
- Club Canary provides the Santa Cruz Carnival bus transfer only. We do not control the parade route, timings, crowd density, or city organisation.
- Guests must follow driver and team instructions. Unsafe or disrespectful behaviour can result in removal without refund.
- No alcohol or illegal substances are allowed on the bus.
- If you miss the return transfer, leave early by choice, or cannot return due to misconduct, no refund is possible.
- This is an active Carnival evening: crowds are big, walking is required, and comfort cannot be guaranteed. That is part of the real Tenerife Carnival atmosphere.
