- Occupancy Details: The villa’s standard rate caters to up to 8 guests. For larger groups, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests in total, with additional charges applying beyond the initial 8.
Policy
- Advance Cancellations: Guests canceling their reservation 2 or more months in advance are entitled to a 90% refund of the total amount paid.
- Moderate Notice Cancellations: For cancellations made between 1-2 months prior to the booking date, guests will be refunded 60% of the total amount.
- Short Notice Cancellations: If the cancellation occurs between 15-30 days before the booking date, a refund of 35% of the amount will be processed. For cancellations made between 4 to 14 days, a 20% refund will be given.
- Last-Minute Cancellations: Regrettably, no refunds will be processed for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the reservation.
- On-Premises Conduct: Smoking is permitted strictly in designated areas only. While enjoying the attractions, appropriate swimwear is mandatory. Any individual found under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be courteously escorted off the premises.
- Safety First: Children’s safety is paramount. They must be under the vigilant supervision of a responsible adult throughout their stay.
