North Tenerife Bus Tour Information

• Ticket Essentials: Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket, either digitally on your phone or a printed copy.
• Toilet Facilities: The bus doesn’t have a toilet on board.
• Accessibility: The bus isn’t wheelchair accessible.
• Smoke Break: You can take a smoking break during our first stop in Santa Cruz.
• Lunch Arrangements: There’s a lunch break during the excursion. Lunch isn’t included in the tour price. You can pack your own or opt for a delightful local restaurant.
• Tour Duration: The excursion lasts approximately 8 hours.
• Weather Considerations: Bring warm clothing, as the northern part of Tenerife can sometimes be a tad cooler.
• Pick-Up Information: Provide your accurate hotel details or one nearby. Post-booking, you’ll get a ticket specifying the exact pick-up location and time.

Bus Tenerife South to North Policy

Cancellation Rules:

• Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund.
• Groups of 5-7? Cancel up to 48 hours before.
• Groups of 8-14? Cancel up to 4 days before.
• 15 or more in your group? Cancel up to 6 days before.

Deposit and Cancellation Charges:

• Club Canary makes booking easy with just a deposit. However, this deposit doesn’t cover losses for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• For cancellations 12-24 hours before the trip, the fee is 60% of the arrival fee and penalty, doubling for groups of 4 or more.
• For no-shows or cancellations less than 12 hours before, the full arrival fee is due as we miss filling the spot.
• By booking, you accept these terms. Non-compliance may result in a fraud claim with your bank or payment system, and for larger groups, legal action may be pursued.

Booking and Deposit:

• Club Canary makes booking easy with just a deposit. The deposit reserves your spot but won’t cover costs if you cancel last minute or don’t show up.
• For cancellations between 12-24 hours before the trip (12-48 hours for groups of 4+, 12-72 hours for private trips), there’s a fine of 10€ per person.
• For cancellations less than 12 hours before, no-shows, or missed bus incidents, the fee is 17.50€ per person. This covers lost spots and potential scheduling changes.
• By booking, you agree to these terms. Non-compliance may result in a fraud report to your bank or legal action for larger groups.

Food and Drinks:

• Purchase or bring your own food and drinks. If bringing snacks, please ensure they’re tidy and low-odor. Consumption may be restricted to breaks.

Dress for the Weather:

• Tenerife can be chilly in certain areas. Bring extra layers. Dressing appropriately is your responsibility.

Listen to Your Guide:

• Pay attention to return times after each stop. Late returnees risk missing the bus with no refunds.

If You Miss the Tour:

• Deposits don’t cover unoccupied spots. Last-minute cancellations incur significant charges. Those paying in full upfront forfeit the entire amount if canceling outside the free period.

About Pick-ups:

• Our buses have trackers. Claims about missed pick-ups are subject to verification. If issues arise, contact us immediately using the number on your ticket.

Responsibility:

• We ensure your booking is orderly. Address any on-tour issues with the guide immediately. Refund decisions are at the discretion of the bus company.
