2. Payment Methods: It’s advised to bring cash for the final payment which is due before the trip commences.
3. Packing Essentials: Remember to pack your swimwear, towel, and sunscreen to fully enjoy the sunny weather of Tenerife.
4. Multilingual Assistance: Our experienced crew can communicate in several languages, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone on board.
5. Boat Capacity: The boat is available for an exclusive group of up to 11 guests. However, a maximum of 10 is recommended. With 11 passengers, one crew member will need to stay ashore.
6. Health Precautions: We recommend having a light meal before boarding. Avoiding alcohol can also minimize the risk of seasickness.
7. Seasickness Advisory: If you’re prone to travel sickness, consider taking an anti-nausea tablet 30 minutes before we set sail.
8. Onboard Amenities: The yacht offers both sunny and shaded areas for relaxation. Additionally, there’s a restroom and changing room available for your convenience.
9. Footwear Protocol: Guests will be asked to remove their shoes for the duration of the journey. Your shoes will be securely stored and returned upon docking.
10. Accessibility Note: Due to space constraints, we regret that we cannot accommodate wheelchairs onboard.
11. Smoking Policy: For those who wish to smoke, please restrict this to the rear of the boat to maintain comfort for all passengers.
12. Resident Discount: A special 10% off the total amount is granted to Tenerife residents. It’s essential that the head booker, the individual handling the payment, is the resident to avail this discount.

Meeting Location Details:

• Address: Puerto Colon (puerto colon, Playa de la Américas, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain). It’s vital to be present 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled departure. View the departure location on Google Maps.
• Meeting Point: Our representative will greet you at the entrance gate and escort you to the yacht.
• There are spacious parking areas in the port of puerto colón. The hourly rate is approximately 1.20€.

Behavior Onboard:

While we are all for celebrating and enjoying boat parties, we emphasize decorum. Any unruly or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Should any guest behavior cross the boundaries, our crew has the right to terminate the trip without any refund provision.

Before setting sail on Club Canary’s private boat charter, acquainting yourself with our policies is crucial. This ensures a hassle-free experience for everyone involved:

1. Weather Conditions: Passenger safety is our utmost priority. If the captain believes that the weather conditions are unsuitable for the journey, you will be given an option to either reschedule your booking or avail a complete refund.
2. Premature Trip Termination: We strive for the satisfaction of each guest. However, should you decide to conclude the journey early or return owing to seasickness, refunds cannot be facilitated.
3. Payment Arrangements: Our payment procedures are flexible. You have the choice to settle the entire amount beforehand or make an initial deposit. For those requiring an invoice, please reach out to us ahead of your trip. The final invoice will be issued on the day of your charter.
4. Immediate Grievances: If any concerns arise while you are onboard, kindly bring them to the attention of the crew. While we will consider refund requests, they are ultimately at the discretion of the captain.
5. Substance Restrictions: Drug consumption is strictly prohibited on the yacht. If guests are found with or consuming illegal substances, the trip can be terminated immediately without a refund.

Cancellation Guidelines:

1. More than 5 days in advance: Full refund.
2. Between 3-5 days: 40% refund of the deposit.
3. Less than 3 days: Deposit will not be refunded.
4. Less than 24 hours or in case of a no-show: Besides the deposit being forfeited, an additional fee of 75€ per reserved hour will be levied.
