Meeting Point (Los Gigantes Port):
Address: Puerto Los Gigantes, Pantalán 1, Tenerife.

Parking at Los Gigantes:
There are spacious parking areas inside the port. The hourly rate is low and easy to pay.

Payment, Ticket & Taxes (IGIC):
• Please keep your Club Canary ticket ready (phone or printed).
• The remaining balance is paid before the trip starts at the boat (card or cash).
• All prices shown already include IGIC. No hidden charges.

Group Size, Capacity & Crew:
This Los Gigantes private yacht hire is designed for up to 10 guests on board. The yacht also has 2 crew members (captain + crew) to take care of you, so you can fully relax. For larger groups or special requests, contact Club Canary and we will advise the best option.

Optional Pick-Up from Puerto de la Cruz (From March 2026):
Pick-up service will be available from March 2026 onwards. Depending on where you stay, pick-up may be included or have an extra cost. Important: the luxury van has a maximum of 8 guests. If your group is 9 or 10 guests, contact us first so we can check the best transport solution.

What to Bring:
• Swimwear + sunscreen (Tenerife sun is serious).
• Towel is included, but you can bring your own if you prefer.
• Light jacket if you book a sunset yacht charter (it can get cooler).

Seasickness Tip:
We recommend a light meal before boarding. If you are sensitive to motion, take an anti-nausea tablet about 30 minutes before departure. Also, taking it easy with alcohol helps a lot.

Comfort On Board:
The yacht has sunny and shaded areas, a comfortable interior lounge, a kitchen area, and a spacious bathroom. Bedrooms can be used on longer charters for children’s naps or for guests who want a short rest. Just mention it in your booking notes.

Shoes, Smoking & Accessibility:
• Shoes are removed onboard (stored safely and returned when docking).
• Smoking is only allowed at the rear of the yacht.
• Unfortunately, due to space constraints, this yacht charter is not wheelchair accessible.

Tenerife Resident Discount:

Tenerife residents receive a 75€ discount on the total price. The main booker (the person making the payment) must be the resident, and valid proof of residency is required. Deposit & Payment

• You can book your Los Gigantes private yacht trip with a down payment to secure the date and time.
• The remaining balance is paid on the day before departure (card or cash, depending on the provider).
• Want to pay 100% in advance? No problem. We work with luxury concierges all the time, just contact us and we’ll arrange it.
• All prices shown include IGIC and standard costs. No surprise “extra fees” at the port.

Best Price Guarantee

• Club Canary offers a Best Price Guarantee. If you find the same Los Gigantes yacht charter cheaper from a legitimate seller, we’ll match it.
• Please note: some resellers may show lower price but add taxes, transaction costs, or “handling fees” later. We don’t play that game.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 5 days before: full refund.
• 3 to 5 days before: 40% refund of the deposit.
• Less than 3 days before: deposit is not refundable.
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: deposit is lost and an additional fee of 100€ per reserved hour may apply.
• If someone gets sick last minute, contact us immediately. We will always try to help where possible, but we can’t promise exceptions on private charters.

Weather & Sea Conditions

• Safety comes first. If the captain decides the sea or weather is unsafe, you can choose reschedule or a full refund.
• If conditions change during the trip, the captain may adjust the route or shorten stops for safety reasons.

Early Return / Seasickness

• If you choose to end the charter early (including seasickness), refunds are not possible. The yacht and crew were reserved only for your group.
• We recommend a light meal before boarding and, if needed, an anti-nausea tablet taken about 30 minutes before departure.

Conduct & Responsibility

• Respect the crew, the yacht, and safety instructions at all times.
• Unruly or unsafe behaviour can also lead to termination of the Los Gigantes private yacht hire without refund.

Upgrades & Extras

• The best way is simple: book first, then we organise upgrades after. This confirms you’re locked in, and it helps us check availability properly.
• Some extras (chef, premium minibar, special experiences) require advance notice and may have separate conditions.
• Example: if you want something like jet skis or extra water activities, we’ll confirm what’s possible and what rules apply (alcohol + jet skis is usually a “no”).

• Optional pick-up from Puerto de la Cruz is planned from March 2026 onwards.
• Pick-up availability and included areas depend on where you stay.
