• Bus Amenities: Please note that the bus does not have a toilet and is not wheelchair accessible. If you have mobility or hearing challenges, mention them in the order form so we can arrange more suitable seating for you.
• Lunch Break: A lunch break is included in the tour schedule. While lunch is not provided in the tour price, you have the option to bring your own meal or purchase food from a local restaurant.
• Clothing Recommendation: As temperatures can vary, especially at higher altitudes, we recommend bringing warm clothing.
• Pick-Up Information: Ensure your hotel location or a nearby spot is correctly provided. After booking your Masca Sightseeing Tour, Club Canary will confirm the exact pick-up location and time. Note that free pick-ups are available only in main tourist areas, not including Los Gigantes, Palm Mar, Golf del Sur, El Medano, or Santa Cruz area.
• Tour Timing: The bus, marked “Sierra y Gonzalez Vips,” picks up around 09:00 and returns approximately at 16:30.

• Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund.
• Groups of 5-7: Cancel up to 72 hours before.
• Groups of 8-14: Cancel up to 4 days before.

If You Miss the Tour:

Financial Responsibility: The deposit secures your booking but does not cover losses from unoccupied spots. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the trip or fail to show up, you are obliged to pay the full remaining balance. This applies even if you cannot attend due to illness or arrive late and miss the bus. By booking, you agree to these conditions. Should you cancel between 24 to 48 hours before the trip, you will only lose the deposit.

About Pick-ups:

• Bus Tracking: Our buses have trackers to verify their location. Claims about missed pick-ups won’t be entertained unless we confirm the bus wasn’t at the scheduled location.
• Immediate Contact: If you think the bus hasn’t arrived, immediately call the number on your ticket.

• On-Tour Issues: For any concerns or disagreements during the tour, please address them with the guide on the spot.
