Note that free pick-ups are available only in main tourist areas, not including Los Gigantes, Palm Mar, Golf del Sur, El Medano, or Santa Cruz area.

If You Miss the Tour:
Financial Responsibility: The deposit secures your booking but does not cover losses from unoccupied spots. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the trip or fail to show up, you are obliged to pay the full remaining balance. This applies even if you cannot attend due to illness or arrive late and miss the bus. By booking, you agree to these conditions. Should you cancel between 24 to 48 hours before the trip, you will only lose the deposit.

- Bus Tracking: Our buses have trackers to verify their location. Claims about missed pick-ups won’t be entertained unless we confirm the bus wasn’t at the scheduled location.
- Immediate Contact: If you think the bus hasn’t arrived, immediately call the number on your ticket.
