Peter Pan Tenerife Information

1. Would you like to use the free transfer service. Then open here on google maps the pick up locations and pick up times of Peter Pan pirate boat.
2. Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
3. Pack your swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.
4. The crew of this pirate ship speaks several languages.
5. A maximum of 60 participants can join this tour.
6. Make sure you do not go on board with an empty stomach. Make sure you have not drunk any alcohol before boarding in order to minimise the chance of becoming seasick.
7. It is advisable to take a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
8. On the boat, there are sunbathing spots and sitting areas in the shade. 
9. Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
10. There is a toilet and a room to change your clothes.
11. You will be asked to take your shoes off. Shoes and flip-flops will remain stored until the boat’s return to the port. 
12. Please note that due to lack of space, wheelchairs are not allowed onboard. 
13. Smoking is allowed only at the back of the Peter Pan, where it will not disturb anyone.

Only for people who will not be picked up

1. Meeting point: Los Cristianos harbour, excursion dock zone A.
2. You should attend at least 15 minutes before departure time.
3. The guide will pick you up in front of the gate, and then escort you to the Peter Pan boat.
4. There are spacious parking areas in the port of Los Cristianos. The hourly rate is approximately 1.50€.

This Peter Pan whale experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your Peter Pan boat Tenerife trip for free up to 24 hours in advance. Send us your request by email at office@clubcanary.com.
• For groups of 5 or more, we allow cancellations free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.
• For larger groups of 15 or more, we offer an extended cancellation window of up to 4 days before departure.

Important Notes

• If you do not cancel in time or are not on time on the day of the tour, there will be no refund.
• If you get seasick and the captain has to change the itinerary, you will not be refunded.
• Complaints about the boat trip should be directed to the Peter Pan ship Tenerife crew on the day of the trip. The Club Canary staff is not present on the boat and therefore cannot judge certain situations.
