Meeting Point, What To Bring & Good To Know
- Arrive at Los Cristianos harbour, excursion dock Zone A, at least 15 minutes before departure. There is parking at the port at around 1.50€ per hour.
- Swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.
- Maximum 60 guests. There are sunbathing spots, shaded seating, a toilet and a changing room. You will be asked to remove your shoes, which are stored until you disembark. No wheelchair access. Smoking is only at the back.
- The crew is multilingual and looks after guests from all over.
- Eat a light meal before boarding and avoid alcohol to reduce seasickness. If you are prone to it, take a tablet about 30 minutes before departure.
Charter Policy
Weather
- This private charter depends on good weather. If it is cancelled for unsafe conditions, you get a new date or a full refund.
Cancellation
- Cancel or reschedule for free up to 5 days before, by emailing office@clubcanary.com.
- If you do not cancel in time or do not arrive on time, no refund is given.
Seasickness
- Seasickness does not warrant a change of route or a refund. If the captain has to adjust the route because of it, no compensation is given.
During The Trip
- Any concerns during the trip should be raised directly with the Peter Pan crew on board, as Club Canary staff are not on the ship and cannot assess the situation firsthand.
