1. Ticket Requirement: Ensure you have your Club Canary ticket ready, either on your phone or printed out.
2. Packing List: Bring swimwear, a towel, and sunscreen to make the most of your adventure at sea.
3. Crew Languages: The crew on this private pirate ship is multilingual, catering to guests from around the globe.
4. Capacity: The tour accommodates up to 60 participants, perfect for both intimate gatherings and larger groups.
5. Preparation Tips: Eat a light meal before boarding and refrain from consuming alcohol to reduce seasickness. It’s recommended to take a travel sickness tablet about 30 minutes prior to departure.
6. Onboard Amenities: The ship includes areas for sunbathing and shaded seating for comfort. Facilities such as a toilet and a changing room are available for guest use.
7. Footwear Policy: Guests are required to remove their shoes upon boarding; they will be stored and returned as you disembark.
8. Accessibility and Smoking: Due to space limitations, wheelchairs cannot be accommodated. Smoking is only allowed at a designated spot at the rear of the ship to ensure a pleasant environment for all.
9. Meeting Point and Parking: Arrive at the Los Cristianos harbor, excursion dock zone A, at least 15 minutes before departure. Spacious parking is available at the port with an hourly rate of approximately 1.50€.

Peter Pan Private Charter Policy

1. Weather Dependency: This private charter is contingent on favorable weather conditions. If your booking is canceled due to adverse weather, you are entitled to choose either an alternative date or receive a full refund.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your Peter Pan private charter without any penalty up to 5 days before the scheduled date. Please forward all requests to office@clubcanary.com.
3. Late Cancellation or No-show Policy: If you fail to cancel within the designated timeframe or do not arrive on time for the tour, you will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Seasickness: Please note that seasickness does not warrant a change in itinerary or a refund. If seasickness occurs and the captain must alter the route, no compensation will be provided.
5. Complaints Procedure: Any concerns or complaints during the boat trip should be immediately addressed to the Peter Pan crew onboard. As Club Canary staff are not present on the boat, they are unable to directly assess specific situations.
