Viking Charter Boat Information

1. Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
2. Pack your swimwear, a towel and sunscreen.
3. The crew of this boat speaks several languages.
4. Make sure you do not go on board with an empty stomach. Make sure you have not drunk any alcohol before boarding in order to minimise the chance of becoming seasick.
5. It is advisable to take a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
6. On the boat, there are sunbathing spots and sitting areas in the shade. 
7. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
8. There is a toilet and a room to change your clothes.
9. You will be asked to take your shoes off. Shoes and flip-flops will remain stored until the boat’s return to the port. 
10. The ship is also adapted for people with disabilities. In addition, assistance can be offered to get on board.

Viking Boat Charter Los Cristianos

1. Meeting point: ZONA EXCURSION A, PUERTO, Sta. Cruz de Tenerife – Los Cristianos, 38650 Los Cristianos, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
2. You should attend at least 10 minutes before departure time.
3. At the front of the gate is staff from Freebird. They will check your ticket possibly take payment and then take you to the catamaran.
4. There are spacious parking areas in the port of Los Cristianos. The hourly rate is approximately 1.20€.
5. Open the location on google maps, find here the departure location and the office of Club Canary. 

Private Viking Boat Policy

Weather Policy: This excursion is dependent on good weather. In the event of cancellation due to hazardous conditions, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Cancellation Terms:

• Advance Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your trip without penalty up to 15 days in advance. Please send your request to office@clubcanary.com.
• Late Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 15-day period or for no-shows on the day of the tour.

Wildlife Sightings: While sightings of whales and dolphins are common on our Viking Tenerife tours, they cannot be guaranteed as these are wild animals in their natural habitat. Therefore, refunds cannot be offered if wildlife is not observed.

Seasickness: Refunds will not be provided for seasickness as this is a risk associated with boat travel.

Feedback and Complaints: Please address any complaints or feedback directly to the Viking Tenerife staff during your trip. As the Club Canary team is not present on the boat, we rely on our onboard staff to handle immediate concerns. Refunds based on service complaints are not authorized without confirmation from Viking Tenerife.
