Boat Trip Policy
- Weather Conditions: This whale watching experience requires good weather. If canceled due to hazardous conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- Seasickness: No refund if you get seasick and the captain has to change the itinerary.
- Feedback and Complaints: Direct any complaints about the trip to the Shogun crew on the day. Club Canary staff is not on board and cannot intervene in complaints.
Cancellation Policy for the Shogun Trip
- Individual Bookings: You can cancel or reschedule your Shogun trip free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Simply email us at office@clubcanary.com to make changes.
- Small Groups (5 or more): Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure.
- Large Groups (15 or more): For larger groups, cancellations can be made without penalty up to 4 days before the trip.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 3 hours to 24 hours before the trip starts, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.
- No-Shows or Very Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 3 hours before the trip or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the full amount paid.
