- You pay only a small deposit online with Club Canary. It secures your place.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day to the guide. This is a rule from the bus company because a big part of the fee goes directly to the ferry tickets and local suppliers.
- There is an ATM at the harbor if you need cash.
- Self-Arrival (La Palma guests):
• Adults: 85€ total (pay deposit online, rest in cash).
• Children 3–11: 75€ (please contact us before booking).
• Meeting point: click here at 11:15.
• No passport required if you are already staying in La Palma.

- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the trip.
- Groups 4–7: free cancellation up to 72 hours.
- Groups 8–14: free cancellation up to 4 days.
- Groups 15+: free cancellation up to 7 days.
- Cancelling 24–48 hours before → deposit lost.
- Cancelling 12–23 hours before → deposit lost + 40€ per person.
- No-show, arriving late, or forgetting your passport → deposit lost + 80€ per person.
- Only accepted exception: an official doctor or hospital note for the sick person.
