- Groups of 5-7: Cancel up to 48 hours before.
- Groups of 8-14: Cancel up to 4 days before.
- Groups of 15 or more: Cancel up to 6 days before.

- For no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours: Full arrival fee is due as the spot cannot be refilled.
