• No toilet available on board.
• The bus is not wheelchair accessible.
• A short smoking break is available during our first stop in Santa Cruz.

🚌 South & West Tenerife Pick-Ups:
• Los Gigantes, Alcalá & Callao Salvaje: 07:05 – 07:20
• Costa Adeje & Playa Paraiso: 07:40 – 08:10
• Las Americas & Los Cristianos: 08:20 – 08:35
• Costa del Silencio, Las Galletas & Palm Mar: 08:40 – 08:50
• San Miguel & El Médano: 09:00 – 09:15

🌄 North Tenerife Pick-Ups:
• Puerto de la Cruz: 08:50 – 09:20 (Tuesday & Thursday only).

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund.
• Groups of 5-7: Cancel up to 48 hours before.
• Groups of 8-14: Cancel up to 4 days before.
• Groups of 15 or more: Cancel up to 6 days before.

Booking & Deposit Charges

• Club Canary uses a deposit to secure your spot; this does not cover losses for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• For cancellations 12-24 hours before the trip: A fee of 60% of the arrival fee (penalty) applies, doubling for groups of 4+.
• For no-shows or cancellations within 12 hours: Full arrival fee is due as the spot cannot be refilled.
• By booking, you accept these terms. Non-compliance may result in a fraud claim or legal action for larger groups.

Tour Details & Inclusions

• Hotel pick-up service is included.

Food & Drinks

• You may purchase or bring your own food and drinks.
• Please ensure snacks are tidy and low-odor. Consumption may be restricted to breaks.

• Please bring extra layers; dressing appropriately is your responsibility.

Timing & Guide Instructions

• Pay attention to return times after each stop.
• Late returnees risk missing the bus with no refunds.

Missed Tour Policy

• Deposits do not cover unoccupied spots.
• Last-minute cancellations incur significant charges.
• Those paying in full upfront forfeit the entire amount if canceling outside the free period.

Pick-up Information

• Our buses have trackers; claims about missed pick-ups are subject to verification.
• If issues arise, contact us immediately using the number on your ticket.

Responsibility

• We ensure your booking is orderly.
